thank you for your help by sharing about the main mistakes in ministry.
At one point you write quoting the mentioned book:(Success) &quot;It is primarily qualitative not merely quantitative. Its emphasis is more on things like faithfulness, humility, love and relationships than on measurable, objective accomplishments and achievements in the ministry.&quot;
I find that that is exactly the problem in pastoral ministry. It is the hard part to stay faithful, to (still) love, stay vulnerable and be open minded with a sense of humor in relationships over the years.
