I have only recently found this web site and like it very much. I am a 61 year old Pastor of a medium sized church (600+ adults) and ride my road bike 150 miles a week. I am able to keep up even with the 30 somethings. This has spilled over to many others in the church and fitness with proper eating has spread to many others in the church. I do NOT do sermons on fitness or right eating etc. But my example has really spread. We have Martial Arts classes in the church. A group of men and women who meet regularly for weight lifting. Walkers and runners. I only say that to point out how effectively our (Pastors) example can spread even in the mundane temporal area of personal health. Thank you Steve McKinney - i will be a regular reader.
